We want to provide clear details on how new U.S. customs regulations are affecting our operations. As of August 29, 2025, changes at the border have created uncertainty for shipments that previously moved quickly under the de minimis exemption.
To protect your experience and avoid unpredictable shipping issues, we’ve made the following adjustments:
What’s Out of Stock
The majority of our catalog is now shown as “Out of Stock.” These products currently cannot be shipped until a new process for cross-border clearance is confirmed.
What Remains Available
Products that are exempt under the CUSMA trade agreement remain in stock. However, please note:
- Additional customs documentation is now required.

This paperwork is not yet fully streamlined with our couriers.

As a result, these items will ship with delays, with our next expected shipping date on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
